Description

ENCLOSURE ABOVE POND IS BEING PARTLY FILLED AT E END (1984). APPEARS TO HAVE A SLIGHT BANK AT W END & IS EXTREMELY BOGGY. POSSIBLE THAT THIS AREA ALSO CONTAINED WATER AT ONE TIME, OR WAS A CATCHMENT AREA FOR WATER FOR THE 2 LOWER PONDS. SKETCH PLAN OF EARTHWORKS (B4). NGR (B3-4).
