NOTHING FURTHER KNOWN OF HISTORY OF HOSPITAL BUT PROB CONNECTED WITH CHAPEL OF ST JOHN BAPTIST WHICH STOOD ON TRING RD (B2). FOUNDED PRE-1300; DISSOLVED 1547. FOR POOR MEN. EXISTED LATE C13 FOR WARDEN ETC (B6).
