GRADE II. GROTTO. MID C18. TUFA AND ROUGHCAST WITHINSET PIECES OF QUARTZ. FORMS ARCH OVER SMALL INL ET OF LAKE. ARTIFICIAL STALACTITES, STALAGMITES AN D COLUMNS. PROBABLY BUILT FOR SIR WILLIAM STANHOPE AS ORNAMENT FOR GROUNDS OF FORMER EYTHROPE HOUSE (B12).
