2 TRENCHES C.40YDS APART, RUN PARALLEL FOR 80 PACES & ARE INTERSECTED BY A TRENCH NEAR MIDDLE. FOUNDATIONS UNDER TURF NEARBY. SITE OF CHAPEL MENTIONED 1420? (B1 (1856)).
IS THIS THE H-SHAPED EARTHWORK SKETCHED ON CAS CARD 0028, LOCATED ON E SIDE OF GT HORWOOD- SINGLEBOROUGH ROAD, AT NGR? (B2).
