GRADE II. HOUSE. C15-EARLY C16, AND C17, ALTERED C18. WHITEWASHED BRICK, THE LEFT BAY WITH FIRST FLOOR BAND COURSE. LEFT GABLE HAS TIMBER FRAMING; RIGHT GABLE IS PARTLY REBUILT IN WHITEWASHED FLINT BUT HAS AN EXPOSED CRUCK TRUSS. THATCHED ROOF, HALF- HIPPED AT RIGHT END, WITH PARTLY REBUILT [MORE]
Additional source for identification of cruck: A.G. Taylor (B1). House recorded as "Rose Cottage, High Street, Bledlow" but presumed to be same property.
