GRADE II. C16 AND EARLY C17, PROBABLY EARLIER RECTORY AND LATTERLY A LAUNDRY AND SERVICE BUILDING. PART OF THE EAST RANGE OF THIS IS 'WELL COTTAGE'. TIMBER-FRAMED, CLAD IN RED AND GREY BRICK WITH OLD TILE ROOF AND BRICK DENTILLED EAVES. FLINT RUBBLE PLINTH. LETTER - L PLAN; WEST RANGE ONE [MORE](B1).
