GRADE II. COVERED GATEWAY, SIMILAR TO A LYCHGATE, HOUSING 2 WATER PUMPS. C.1877. BRICK, TIMBER, HIPPED TILED ROOF WITH SMALL GABLETS. HERRINGBONE BRICK FLOOR WITH SMALL STONE BASINS BELOW PUMPS. PUMPS IN WOODEN CASING. DESIGNED AS CENTRE-PIECE FOR PICTURESQUE GROUP OF ESTATE COTTAGES. INCLUDED FOR GROUP VALUE (B1).
