Description

GRADE II. FORMER LODGE, NOW HOUSE. DATED 1874 ON PLAQUE CARVED WITH ARMS OF CHARLES ROBERT SCOTT MURRAY. PROBABLY AFTER DESIGN OF PUGIN WHO BUILT THE R C CHAPEL IN DANESFIELD GROUNDS. KNAPPED FLINT WITH BRICK QUOINS, FLUSH STRINGS AND SURROUNDS TO OPENINGS. PLAIN TILE ROOF, CROW-STEPPED [MORE](B5).
